Email is the fastest way to reach a human. Tell us your device (e.g. iPhone 14), what happened, and a room code if it's relevant — we'll get back to you, usually within a couple of days.

SongSprint plays 30-second song previews out loud on your device. Check that your phone isn't on silent, turn the volume up, and make sure media playback isn't routed to another device. A few tracks have no preview available from Apple — those are skipped automatically.
Do I need an account, a login, or Spotify?
No. There's no account, no password, and no Spotify or Premium subscription. You just need a room code. Sign-in is anonymous and happens automatically.
How do my friends join my game?
Create a game, then share the 4-letter room code shown on screen. Each friend opens SongSprint, taps "Join with a Code," and types it in.
Can I play by myself?
Yes — tap "Solo — Guess the Song" on the home screen for a single-player music quiz. No other players needed.
Is SongSprint free?
Yes, SongSprint is free to play.
What are the drinking rules?
They're an optional party mode for players of legal drinking age (21+ in the US, 18+ elsewhere). Drinking is never required and the game is just as fun without it. Please play responsibly and never drink and drive.
How do I report an offensive player name or content?
We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content. Player names are filtered, and you can leave any room at once. To report something, email hello@playsongsprint.com with the room code and details, and we'll act quickly.
How do I delete my data?
SongSprint doesn't create an account or collect personal data — sign-in is anonymous and game rooms are temporary. To request deletion of any data associated with your device, email us and we'll take care of it.
